Financial Controller
MEER (Mirrors for Earth’s Energy Rebalancing) seeks a highly skilled and experienced financial controller to work with the Core Leadership Team to track the finances of MEER. MEER has an accountant for its overall financial statements. The financial controller would help prepare and track project-based budgets (including updated budgets with actuals). The controller would work with the team on overall MEER budgeting as well for the future and financial planning. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for solving the climate crisis, extensive accounting experience, and a willingness to work on budget and financial tracking. The role is volunteer based and expectations are for approximately 5 hours per week, although this can be flexible.
