Rose Taylor's 28-mile, 45-bridge challenge for MEER
Rose Taylor walked 28 miles across 45 bridges to raise funds for MEER — exceeding her goal and raising over £2,000 for surface-cooling projects.

The day began at sunrise on the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Twelve participants joined segments of the route, and five completed the full distance across scenic and city landscapes alike.
Every pound raised supports MEER's mission to reduce local and global temperatures and shield vulnerable communities from the worst impacts of climate change.
"It was an honor to complete this challenge for such a worthy cause, and the support from the community has been nothing short of inspiring," Rose said. The event doubled as an awareness campaign, carrying MEER's work far beyond the bridges crossed that day.
