Film Screening and Q&A Session
We are pleased to announce the screening of Freetown: Cooling a City on Sunday afternoon the 22nd September. Following the screening, we will host a short Q&A session with some people from the MEER community. This interactive session promises to enrich the experience by providing deeper insights into the work being done by MEER on the ground in Africa. We hope that members of the MEER community can join us for this special event, as your presence would greatly enhance the discussion and engagement with the audience.

Climate change poses significant challenges, and addressing these requires innovative solutions and community engagement. Our festival aims to highlight the importance of sunlight reflection technologies and developing strategies to cope with increasing temperatures in urban areas. Through compelling story telling and powerful visuals, our films will explore how cities can become more resilient to climate impacts and foster sustainable living.
