Eric Golden

As Director of Development, Eric focuses on fundraising and financial planning. His career spans 20+ years, including co-founding Fortress Investment Group's Japan real estate private equity business in 2008. His professional experience includes growing and managing businesses across hospitality, affordable housing, residential and other real estate types, as well as raising capital from public and private equity and debt markets. Eric graduated from Brown University in 1999 with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics. Eric is an active impact investor and supporter of several NPOs, including Room to Read, where he has volunteered and helped fundraise since 2008. He loves hiking, squash, aikido and reading.
