Collaboration with Romanian Atmospheric 3D Research Observatory

Last week, Dr. Ye Tao visited the Romanian Atmospheric 3D Research Observatory, a collaborative effort between meteorologists and physical instrument builders to research the chemical processes and air circulation movements involving moisture, clouds, and aerosols in the atmosphere above the site.
